The team behind rethink charity

We are not a charity that operates from behind a desk. Rethink Charity is built on a simple principle: the people raising the funds and the people delivering the aid are part of the same team. From the UK to Northern Syria, from Kunar province in Afghanistan to the streets of Gaza, our team is on the ground, in the field, doing the work. No middlemen, no corporate layers. Just a small, committed group of people making sure every pound gets to where it needs to be.

Meet the rethink team

Everyone at Rethink plays a direct role in delivering impact. We do not have large back-office departments or layers of management between donors and beneficiaries. The people you see on this page are the people doing the work, and every single one of them is driven by the belief that charity should be done differently.
