We don’t do Tent mentality
Most charities say they're different.
But we've seen what that really looks like on the ground.
Refugees stuck in limbo for years. Aid arriving in cycles.
Food parcels on time, every time. But nothing ever changes.

At Rethink Charity, we are not just redefining giving; we are revolutionising it. With our unique approach, you can diversify your donations, spread over selected, sustainable projects, and thus areas of reward.
Today, we’re helping communities recover and start rebuilding again. We’re not just dropshipping, we’re rethinking charity.
We are locally led. All Rethink Charity team members live and work on the ground among the people we support. They know firsthand the challenges local people are facing as they try to rebuild their lives in conflict zones or out of the ruins of war.
A just and fair society that ensures the protection and preservation of the rights of every human.
At Rethink Charity we aim to empower communities globally by providing not only immediate relief aid but also by promoting self-sufficiency, education, and sustainability.

Explore our projects and see the impact we are making together.
We don’t operate at a distance, we’re on the ground, embedded in the places where our projects are delivered.
This close proximity allows us to respond quickly, implement projects effectively, and stay accountable for outcomes, not just intentions.
We believe giving should be rooted in understanding, trust, and shared responsibility, connecting donors directly to the work that creates real, lasting change.

We are not a charity that operates from behind a desk. Rethink Charity is built on a simple principle: the people raising the funds and the people delivering the aid are part of the same team. From the UK to Northern Syria, from Kunar province in Afghanistan to the streets of Gaza, our team is on the ground, in the field, doing the work. No middlemen, no corporate layers. Just a small, committed group of people making sure every pound gets to where it needs to be.

Everyone at Rethink plays a direct role in delivering impact. We do not have large back-office departments or layers of management between donors and beneficiaries. The people you see on this page are the people doing the work, and every single one of them is driven by the belief that charity should be done differently.

Our methodology is rooted in partnership and long-term thinking. We never just show up and tell a community what they need. Instead, we listen, learn, and collaborate to identify their biggest challenges and co-create solutions.
We invest in local expertise, use data to refine our projects, and build in clear exit strategies so that once a community is self-sufficient, our work is no longer needed. This approach ensures that every project we undertake leaves a lasting legacy of resilience and hope.
