Widows and war survivors are running small businesses at Rethink Village shops in Northern Syria. To date, we’ve built 30 such shops. With your support, we can build more shops to give more people opportunities to earn a living with dignity and contribute to the economy of their healing community and learning.
Of the five buildings completed at Rethink Village, we’ve turned all ground-level spaces into shops for residents to start their own businesses. We’re now in the process of constructing four more buildings, with more shops that will help create jobs and and foster local wealth creation.
The first beneficiaries of our livelihood project in Northern Syria, moved into their
shops in October 2024.
Shop owners include widows and men, young and old, who
lost everything in the war.
With your donations we can help open various businesses for the needy creating a sustainable income.
Your donations can provide
You could fund the brick and mortar of shops for widows who are trying to regain livelihoods.
You could provide startup funds for conflict survivors building their small businesses.
You could provide a year’s worth income support, so families can start rebuilding their lives.
